Victor Danielson is an IT and Digital Operations Analyst at Pembroke, where he supports the firm’s IT infrastructure, cybersecurity initiatives, and digital operations. He also contributes to AI-related projects aimed at improving workflows, collaboration, and operational efficiency across teams.
With his proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, he helps to strengthen system security, reduce online threats and provide reliable technical support throughout the organization.
Before transitioning into the technology field, he spent four years at Centre hospitalier de l’Université de Montréal as a dispatcher and coordinator within the Operations and Monitoring Department. This experience honed his ability to remain calm under pressure, communicate clearly, manage competing priorities and exercise sound judgment in fast-paced environments.
Driven by curiosity and a commitment to continuous self-improvement, Danielson has pursued multiple industry certifications in IT support, cybersecurity and artificial intelligence, while independently developing his technical expertise. This eventually led him to complete an Attestation of College Studies in Cybersecurity at CDI College.
He first joined Pembroke as an intern and quickly distinguished himself through his adaptability, discipline, technical curiosity and enthusiasm for solving complex challenges.
