Jay Sallafranque is Chief Privacy Officer and Information Technology Manager at Pembroke Management, where he has led the firm’s technology and privacy strategies since 2007. With more than two decades of experience in systems architecture, digital infrastructure and data governance, he plays a central role in enabling secure collaboration, protecting client information and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Jay began his career in 2002 at CGI, where he worked with enterprise clients on large-scale technology implementations. At Pembroke, he draws on that foundation to oversee infrastructure, cybersecurity and digital systems, including Salesforce. In 2023, he was appointed Chief Privacy Officer, leading the firm’s response to evolving privacy laws, such as Quebec’s Law 25, and promoting best practices in confidentiality and data stewardship.

A member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), Jay brings a forward-thinking approach to technology governance and privacy risk management. He stays current on industry trends through active participation in professional forums and peer communities.
