Since joining Pembroke in 2014, Joshua has been instrumental in developing internal risk systems that support thoughtful, resilient investing. His dual role allows him to connect strategic insight with day-to-day portfolio discipline, ensuring that client objectives remain central to Pembroke’s decision-making. Away from the office, Joshua enjoys skiing, cycling and playing bass guitar. His most treasured moments, however, are those spent with his wife and two young daughters.
