Andrew Garschagen is a Partner, Portfolio Manager and Director at Pembroke Management, where he co-leads the firm’s U.S. and international growth strategies. He focuses on high-conviction investments in technology and industrial companies across global markets.

Andrew joined Pembroke in 2016, following more than a decade as a hedge fund portfolio manager in New York, where he led global equity coverage across a wide range of sectors. Earlier in his career, Andrew worked in private equity and strategy consulting in Chicago. These experiences shaped his rigorous investment process, rooted in operational insight, disciplined research and an ownership mindset.

At Pembroke, Andrew combines his deep analytical approach with a global perspective to identify companies led by strong, aligned management teams—applying the firm’s long-term philosophy of investing with integrity, focus and conviction.
